Rebecca Kent founded Rove Culture after a long career spanning airports, airlines and travel consulting across New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Her passion for travel began early through her family’s connection to the airline industry and grew through years of working in airports, travelling independently overseas and helping clients navigate everything from dream holidays to complex disruptions.
Rebecca is especially passionate about travel that creates genuine cultural connection — the kind of experiences that stay with people long after they return home.
Known for her calm approach and attention to detail, Rebecca has built Rove Culture around personalised service, flexibility and expert guidance. She also offers a specialised bereavement travel service for existing clients, helping organise urgent travel arrangements during difficult family situations.
When she’s not planning journeys, Rebecca lives in Wairarapa with her partner and four rescue donkeys.
